Competition rules
Every rule is enforceable and the same for every entrant. No exceptions. If we change anything, we publish the change with the effective date.
What you can do
Permitted, allowed, encouraged
Trade through news events
No restrictions around scheduled releases. Trade NFP, FOMC, CPI, your call.
Hold overnight & over weekends
Permitted. Accounts are swap-free for the duration of the competition.
Trade at least 5 separate days
You must trade on a minimum of 5 separate days to be ranked.
Transparent commission
$3 per lot on Forex and Commodities. No commission on Indices.

What you can't do
Banned, restricted, capped
Lose more than 5% in a day
Daily loss limit including floating losses. Breach disables the account for the window.
Lose more than 10% overall
Total loss cap from starting balance. Breach disables the account for the window.
Run EAs, automation or Trade Manager
Manual trading only. Automated strategies, EAs and the Trade Manager tool are not allowed and will disqualify the entry.
Multi-account or share IPs
One entry per person. Multiple accounts or shared IPs disqualify all linked entries.
Exceed position size caps
Forex: max 5 lots. Indices, Commodities, Metals: max 3 lots per position. Max 5 concurrent positions.
Open more than 50 trades / day
Hard cap, applied automatically by the platform. Counts opens, not closes.
Breaches are permanent for the window
Ranking from 101 to 600? You can still win
Once the leaderboard closes, 50 entrants ranked between 101 and 600 are drawn at random. Each one wins a Stellar Instant 2K account. The draw and the result file are published in your dashboard.
