General Rules

Every rule, every condition, published before you start your challenge. Same rules for every trader.

Prohibited Strategies

These behaviors give an unfair edge over the simulated market or other traders. Every one of them is enforced the same way for every trader.

Latency, Gap, or External-Feed Trading

Exploiting price delays, slow data feeds, or external feeds to generate risk-free profit.

Arbitrage Trading

Any form of arbitrage that relies on pricing differences across platforms.

High Frequency Trading

Use of high-frequency trading bots, mass order placement, or AI-driven patterns designed to exploit the platform.

Tick Scalping & Quick Strike

Executing trades held for only a few seconds, especially when patterns resemble system-abuse strategies.

Grid Trading

Placing stacked buy/sell orders at fixed intervals without proper risk management logic.

One-Sided Betting

Highly concentrated directional trades with no exit strategy, where outcomes depend entirely on a single market move.

Group / Cross-Account Hedging

Opening mirrored or opposing positions across multiple FundedNext accounts or external accounts.

Account Sharing

Allowing another individual to trade your account, or trading on behalf of someone else.

Account Rolling

Purchasing multiple challenges with the intent of passing one by chance rather than skill.

Third-Party Copy Trading / Signals

Using copy trading from accounts not owned by you, or engaging in for-hire account management services.

Change in trading behavior

Executing trades with Lot sizes or frequency that significantly deviate from your typical trading behavior.

Unauthorized VPS / EAs Usage

Using a VPS or Expert Advisor (EAs) without prior approval through official FundedNext add-ons.

Gambling-Style Behaviour
Notable Prohibited Practices

Gambling-Style Behaviour

Practices that are not replicable in live market scenarios are not permissible.

Gambling Behavior covers any trading conduct that prioritizes chance over disciplined risk management, including One-Sided Betting, all-In positions that risk the full or near-full daily loss limit on one or several trades, excessive margin usage (⁦70%⁩ or more cumulative), overleveraging, and reactive trades placed without proper market, fundamental, or technical analysis.

Platform Exploitation

Platform Exploitation

Using platform bugs, latency, or pricing errors to secure profit leads to immediate account suspension.

This includes exploiting demo-server errors, deliberately operating during data-feed freezes, and using guaranteed-fill conditions that don't exist in real markets. We monitor for these patterns automatically and review flagged activity manually before any action is taken.

Enforcement Policy

Breaches of these rules may result in the cancellation of services without refund. These rules apply equally to all traders.
