General Rules
Every rule, every condition, published before you start your challenge. Same rules for every trader.

Profit Target
A required profit target to complete the Challenge. Calculated on closed-position P&L.
Bolt: 50K: $3,000
Rapid: 25K: $1,500 · 50K: $3,000 · $100K: $5,000
Legacy: 25K: $1,250 · 50K: $3,000 · $100K: $6,000
Flex: 50K: $2,500 · $100K: $5,000 · $150K: $8,000

Once the FundedNext Account stage is reached, there is no profit target.

Daily Loss Limit
A daily loss cap that, when breached, pauses trading for the rest of the session.
Bolt: $1,000 limit per day
Rapid: No daily loss limit
Legacy: No daily loss limit
Flex: No daily loss limit

On Bolt, breaching the DLL is a soft breach — trading pauses for the rest of the session and resumes the next day. Resets daily at 5:00 PM CT.

Maximum Loss Limit
A cap on how much can be lost across the lifetime of the account. Calculated as a fixed dollar amount, set per account model and size. Breaching it closes the account.
Bolt: 50K: $2,000
Rapid: 25K: $1,000 · 50K: $2,000 · $100K: $2,500
Legacy: 25K: $1,000 · 50K: $2,000 · $100K: $3,000
Flex: 50K: $1,500 · 100K: $2,500 · 150K: $4,000

The MLL is calculated on the highest end-of-day balance. It trails up as the account hits new closing highs, locks once it reaches the initial balance, and does not decrease during losses.

Consistency Rule
Your largest single trading day must stay at or under 40% of total profit.
Bolt: Challenge phase only
Rapid: FundedNext only
Legacy: Challenge phase
Flex: Challenge phase

For challenge phase, when the cap is breached, the profit target recalculates upward using the formula: Highest Daily Profit ÷ 40% = New Required Profit. This raises the bar instead of closing the account.

Reward Share
The trader's share of profits generated on the FundedNext Account.
Standard: Rapid, Legacy, Bolt, and Flex all offer an 80% reward share as standard.
Add-On: For Flex, traders can opt for an add-on to upgrade to a 90% reward share.

Inactivity
Accounts cannot stay inactive for longer than a set number of consecutive days.
Challenge Account: 7 consecutive calendar days of no trades. Account is breached and deactivated.
FundedNext Account: 30 consecutive calendar days of no trades. Account is marked inactive and deactivated.

A trade must be placed within the window to keep the account active. The window counts calendar days, including weekends, and resets when at least one trade is executed. Breached Challenge Accounts can be reset; deactivated FundedNext Accounts cannot.
